The location was superb, right by public transportation. i found the staff friendly. They handled my requests efficiently. the room was clean (a big plus for me) and the bed was comfortable. i left my luggage with them for a few hours after checkout. This was really helpful.
the street outside could be a little noisy at times (it's a busy area!).

The hotel has a gym, a great perk for travellers who want to keep up with their fitness routine. I also found a bar and restaurant on the hotel. This made it convenient to grab a drink or meal without having to leave. The hotel is very close to the bart station. This makes it easy to get around. The staff members were friendly and helpful (they even gave me a discount to the cafe next door).
I found some questionable loiters in the lobby, made me slightly uneasy.

The room was comfortable and equipped with a keurig coffee machine, which I appreciated for my morning coffee. There were fluffy dressing gowns in the room. This was unexpected. The room also included a safe, a fridge, and a television.

The hotel provided complimentary water, a nice touch, especially after a long day of walking. Nearby, I found a Starbucks and Peets. This offered several options for coffee and light bites. The bar had a happy hour. This was a welcome way to unwind after work.

The location was superb. It was very close to the cable cars, made getting around simple. The hotel provided efficient air conditioning in the rooms. I appreciated that.
The hotel has some dark colours and low lighting in hallways.
